Our Return Policy

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. There must be no signs of use, no marks on makeup/cosmetics products. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

All returns items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of their price.

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

All customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

If your product was eligible for a free delivery, the customers will need to cover this delivery fee as well.

What happens if I receive an incorrect product/order?
- We pick and pack all orders with the utmost care however, as each parcel is prepared manually, errors can occasionally occur.

If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please contact us.

Please ensure you've included the following information:
- The email address you used to place your order.
- Your receipt number / order number.
- Details of the item(s) missing from your order.
- A clear picture of the invoice and products received.

Can I get a refund from my gift voucher/gift card?
- Gift vouchers/gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchasing to original buyer only. It’s not refundable if your appointment has been booked. Administration refund fee £50 will be applied per gift voucher/gift card.
